Objectives and Goals

• Ensure secure multi-tenant architecture to maintain data isolation for clients.
• Integrate with external document management systems (starting with iManage, potential for others).
• Incorporate a user-friendly interface for machine learning model training, utilizing human-in-the-loop tagging and correction to optimize PII detection accuracy.
• Adhere to strict data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA POPIA, etc.) with a focus on auditability and compliance.
• Utilize geographically distributed infrastructure to enhance performance and minimize latency.
• Implement a secure payment gateway for subscription management.
