Introduction and Goals

The PII App project aims to create a robust and scalable Software as a Service (SaaS) solution dedicated to the secure and automated redaction of Personally Identifiable Information (PII) from a variety of document types. With the increasing emphasis on data privacy and regulatory compliance, businesses are in dire need of efficient tools to manage sensitive information. This project is designed to meet these needs by offering a comprehensive platform that ensures the secure handling and processing of PII, while also integrating seamlessly with existing document management systems such as iManage and Relativity One.

The PII App will leverage cutting-edge machine learning techniques to provide accurate PII detection and redaction, continuously improving through user feedback and human-in-the-loop tagging. The platform's architecture will be designed for multi-tenancy, ensuring data isolation and security for multiple clients. Additionally, the system will support a geographically distributed infrastructure to enhance performance and reduce latency, catering to a global user base. A secure payment gateway will be integrated to manage subscriptions, making the PII App a comprehensive, user-friendly, and compliant solution for modern businesses.
