b. Ensure secure multi-tenant architecture to maintain data isolation for clients.

c. Integrate with external document management systems, like iManage and Relativity One, with the potential for additional integrations in the future.

d. Incorporate a user-friendly interface for machine learning model training, utilising human-in-the-loop tagging and correction to optimize PII detection accuracy.

e. Adhere to strict data privacy regulations, for instance, for the Europe, GDPR, for California, it is CCPA, and for South Africa, POPIA, etc, with a focus on auditability and compliance.

f. Utilise geographically distributed infrastructure to enhance performance and minimise latency.

g. Implement a secure payment gateway for subscription management.
