Scope: User stories and requirements ​

User Story 1: Secure File Content Transfer ​

As an Integration User
I want to securely transfer file content to the system using the Relativity One REST API.

Acceptance Criteria:

  • The REST API supports secure content transfer over HTTPS protocol.

  • The system logs all transfer activities for audit purposes.

User Story 2: PII App Integration ​

As an Integration User
I want to view and analyse documents from my Relativity One Workspace.

Acceptance Criteria:

  • The System can read and retrieve file contents from a Relativity One Workspace for analysis.

User Story 3: Metadata Tag Management ​

As an Integration User
I want to automatically create metadata tags indicating whether PII is present
So that documents can be sorted by presence of PII

Acceptance Criteria:

  • Meta tags indicating PII presence are generated for each document during the processing phase.
