Assumptions

1. User Infrastructure

It is assumed that users have a stable and secure internet connection for the transfer of files.

2. Data Format

The system assumes that the file content retrieved via the REST API will be in plain text.

3. REST API Usage

We will utilise REST API calls for file content retrieval.

4. PII Platform

The existing PII app can handle the integration.

5. Metadata Standards

There are established standards for metadata tagging which will be used for creating meta tags for documents.

6. Data

Documents processed in POC should contain public data and not confidential data, i.e. Enron Dataset instead of actual client data.
