Accuracy ​

PII Detection Accuracy: Measure the precision and recall of the PII identification process to ensure high accuracy. Precision refers to the percentage of correctly identified PII instances out of all identified instances, while recall refers to the percentage of correctly identified PII instances out of all actual instances.

Integration: Successful integration with the Relativity One Platform via the REST API. This includes:

  • Being able to retrieve file content from Relativity One.
  • Fetching and updating relevant fields within the documents.
  • Listing workspaces available to a user.
  • Listing documents within those workspaces.
  • Identifying PII in the content of documents residing in Relativity One.

Customer Satisfaction ​

Surveys and Feedback: Conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys and collect feedback to gauge user satisfaction with the system's performance, ease of use, and overall experience.
